Really poor customer service. Just hire more staff for gods sake!
Ordered parts in January, order held up for over a month before someone told me that a massive order was being held up by a single item on backorder. Why someone couldn't just warn me or give me some notice is beyond me.
Have had a set of alloys on order since January, told they were coming into stock in March. March comes along, payment goes out of account (finally! some progress!) only for the payment to be refunded to me and now my order status says expected in mid July. Unbelievable.
This company has great tutorial videos but absolutely the worst ordering process. If somethings out of stock, just make it unorderable with an opportunity to be notified when it's in!
Worst company ever. They take your money real fast and you get nothing in return. Waited almost a month and still nothing. Called and waited an hour on the phone first time. They tell me out of there hands and blames the post office. Waited another week called back. On hold for at least another hour. Told me to give it another week. Waited another week and called back today. 30 min hold. Says parts must be lost would I like them to ship out another. I said hell no I want a refund. Says will take 24 hrs to return to my bank. Will see. First time ordering here and my last. Whomever owns this company needs to stop sitting in their ass and be proactive of what’s going on. Don’t buy anything from them…….Waste of my time….

Cancelled my order without telling me, only found out because I checked on the shipping status and learned it had been cancelled. Never received a response as to why. Back to Amazon I guess.
They have sold me parts that are defective, and trying to get support from this company is nearly impossible. I have opened multiple tickets, provided all information regarding the issue, and waited over a month with no responses, despite me opening multiple tickets, webchats, website support-bot emails, and calling. I HIGHLY recommend you avoiding this company at all costs!
I can't believe I fell for their nice looking website and ads. Ordered three items and only received one. Two items were "Back-Ordered." Back-Ordered means out of stock and they had no warning because they are a drop shipper not a warehouse. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RESELLER. BUY DIRECT.
Ordered Strut Mounts for my Ford Mustang. Order confirmation came in that the parts were back ordered and would not ship for at least 2 weeks. Wish I would have known before ordering. I call their phone support but get placed on hold. I take the option to get a call back instead of waiting on hold. I never get called back. I eventually cancel my order via email support and the hold on my bank card is released. The email chat rep (Call Center Supervisor) says that my order has been successfully canceled.
But 5 weeks later, my bank card has been charged. I go to cancel before it can ship but again, support takes too long to reach out. Eventually the order ships and my support tickets, phone and email, close without anybody ever reaching out to me.
Be careful with these guys... they have a huge selection of prices and great install videos on YouTube, but they often sell parts that are on backorder instead of just saying "out of stock". Shipping can be hit or miss... sometimes very fast and sometimes very slow.

Been using CJ pony parts for a couple of years now and found them a very good company to deal with,especially when problems arise, they are quick to rectify them.
Recently had a problem with an order I placed a while ago,Cynthia did an excellent job of sorting it out.
For as long as I have a mustang I'll be using CJ.
Worst costumer service ever! Don’t waste your time. I tried several times to talk to them and got nothing but silence. Go elsewhere for your parts!!!
I received a gift certificate from my family for my 50th birthday because they knew I wanted to work on my Mustang. So I went on the website, looked around, and there were a ton of things I needed, and I shopped around some, but the prices were surprisingly within reason, so I made 3 big orders, totaling $2500. The most expensive was the new gauge cluster. Well not only did they neglect to send me a couple items, then they sent me an empty box in place of the gauge cluster! I've emailed, used chat box, called and spend HOURS on hold, day after day, cannot reach ANYONE. No response.
Tomorrow I'm going to my bank and see if I can have them pull back the money. maybe THAT will get their attention.

So they FINALLY came around, and fixed ALL the issues I was having. I am now satisfied in my experience, and have even ordered since.
My above reaction was mostly motivated by the thought that I was being ripped off, which happens a lot online nowadays. But CJPonyParts made right, and fixed everything. So I would bump them to 3.5 stars now. MY RECOMMENDATION: Don't place multiple orders with them at the same time. Make one order, and wait until you receive until you order again.
